Areas of Interest

Anahid graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University in Boston, Mass. She then served as a research assistant for Harvard Medical School in Boston before completing her master’s degree in medical science through the physician assistant program at Emory University Graduate School in Atlanta.

Over the last 27 years, Anahid has cared for patients in many communities throughout the state of Georgia and has practiced in different fields of medicine, including internal, emergency, geriatric, immediate care, and gastroenterology. Most recently, she served as a physician assistant for Gastroenterology Associates at Tanner Medical Center Hospital in Villa Rica.

Anahid is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is certified in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, the American Association of Physician Assistants, and the American Gastroenterological Association.

She joined Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2015.
