Instrument Technician needed in the Hall County Endoscopy Center, Full Time

Under direct supervision, performs various routine and accommodative tasks for patients receiving any procedure in the scope of GI Lab services. Will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all endoscopy equipment per manufacture guidelines. Will be responsible for reporting broken equipment to person in charge, for sending out equipment for repair and maintaining an accurate as per policy. Contributes to the overall function of the unit by assisting with clerical duties, housekeeping chores, and nursing errands as designated.  Assists with front office tasks as directed by the Nurse in charge.

Certified Medical Assistant / LPN needed in the Lithonia Office, Full Time

Responsible for assisting physicians and management with all clinical, clerical, and organizational tasks revolving around patient care.  Manages patient charts and assumes responsibility for resolving patient requests including test results, prescription refills, and general healthcare questions.

Direct Access Coordinator needed in the Central Business Office, Full Time 30309

Responsible for all duties revolving around the scheduling of direct access colonoscopies requested via the Direct Access website. Responsible for obtaining accurate documentation of patient information, including medical records; management of physician schedules; coordination of referrals from Primary Care physicians and other specialists. Also responsible for providing patients with a general summary of benefits for their procedure at the time of scheduling.

Referral Coordinator needed in the Emory Midtown Office, Full Time

Responsible for all duties revolving around the office, scheduling of patient appointments for procedures, follow-up office visits and ancillary services. Responsible for obtaining accurate documentation of patient information, management of physician schedules, coordination of referrals from Primary Care physicians and other specialists. Required to be cross-trained in all front office and patient service related functions in order to provide coverage as needed in various duties at office locations across the practice.

Infusion Front Office needed in the St. Joseph's Office, Full Time

Responsible for managing the schedule, task center, document import, for infusion as well as check-in and out and collection and posting of payments for St. Joseph infusion center. 

Endoscopy Staff RN needed at the Northern Crescent Endoscopy Center, Full Time

Provides individualized and specialized nursing care to patients within the endoscopy center in accordance with physician’s orders, recognized nursing techniques, legal aspects of current nurse practice in the State of Georgia and the Center’s policies and procedures.  Is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the nursing care given to patients. Will have contact with the patient in each phase of his experience. Must be self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.  Maybe required to travel to a sister center.

Responsible for assisting physicians and management with all clinical, clerical, and organizational tasks revolving around patient care.  Coordinates patient check-in procedure, collects patient payments, and manages all information necessary for patient visit.

May be asked to supervise the Endoscopy Center in the absence of the Charge Nurse and with a registered nurse on site. Responsible for all duties revolving around the scheduling of patient appointments for procedures, follow-up office visits and ancillary services via telephone.
