Punam Javia PA-C

Portrait: 

Punam Javia is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, where she received a B.S. in biology. She also holds a master’s degree in Medical Science as a Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Davie, Florida.

She previously held positions as a certified pharmacy technician and assisted in clinical trials at Arthritis and Rheumatology of Georgia. Prior to completing her MMS degree, she worked at the College of Allied Health and Nursing at NSU.

Punam holds certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiovasular Life Support and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

She joined AGA in 2010 and sees patients of The Liver Center in the Emory Midtown location.
